AMO ZiL, (Russian "Zavod imeni Likhachova"), or the Moscow Joint-Stock Corporation "Likhachov Plant", and more commonly termed ZiL (Russian: Завод имени Лихачёва (ЗиЛ)-Likhachov Plant, literally "Plant named for Likhachov") is a major Russian automobile, truck, military vehicle, and heavy equipment manufacturer operating out of the city of Moscow, Russia. Zil has a record of exporting trucks for you to Cuba, a business resumed inside the early 21st century. The factory was founded throughout 1916 as Avtomobilnoe Moskovskoe Obshchestvo (AMO, Russian Автомобильное Московское Общество (АМО)-Moscow Vehicle Society).
